The Site is an informational and lead-intake website describing our professional services. It is provided free of charge and on an “as is” basis.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; (b) scrape or systematically extract content except via the robots.txt-compliant means we permit; (c) submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms; (d) use the Site to transmit unlawful content.
All content on the Site — text, code, logos, graphics — is owned by AgentsCortex or licensed to us. You may view it in a browser and link to our pages. Any other reuse requires prior written permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentsCortex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site is capped at US$100.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for 30 days.
