1. Who we are

AgentsCortex LLC (“AgentsCortex”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a Delaware limited liability company providing AI agent development and consulting services. You can reach us at contact@agentscortex.com.

2. What we collect

We collect the minimum necessary to run this website and our business. Specifically:

• Contact data you submit (name, work email, company, role, project description) when you use the contact form or email us.
• Technical data from your browser when you visit this site: IP address (truncated), user agent, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps.
• Cookies: a single first-party cookie to remember if you dismissed our cookie banner. No third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

3. Why we collect it

• To respond to your inquiry and (if you become a client) deliver the services you contract us for — lawful basis: contract and legitimate interest.
• To operate and secure the website, detect abuse, and generate aggregate analytics — lawful basis: legitimate interest.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, anti-fraud) — lawful basis: legal obligation.

4. How long we keep it

• Contact form submissions: 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
• Active-client data: for the duration of the engagement + 7 years (tax / contract retention).
• Web analytics: 14 months in aggregated form.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with the processors we need to run the business:

• Email: Google Workspace (US, EU-SCC).
• Hosting & analytics: our hosting provider (US, EU-SCC), privacy-respecting analytics (no IPs stored).
• Accounting & billing providers as required for invoicing.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, export it, restrict processing, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email contact@agentscortex.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you may file a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the EU) or the relevant US state regulator.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to team members who need it, logged, and audited. Incidents triggering notification requirements will be communicated to affected users within 72 hours.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your data will be transferred to the US under applicable safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK residents).

9. Children

This service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the “last updated” date and — for material changes — notify you by email if we have your address.
